The precision of general blanking parts can reach IT10~IT11, fine blanking parts can reach IT6~IT9, and general bending and drawing parts can reach IT13~IT14; The surface roughness Ra of ordinary blanking parts can reach 3.2~12.5 micron, and the surface roughness Ra of fine blanking parts can reach 0.3~2.5 micron.
3. The stamping processing range is wide, can process all types of stamping parts, the size is small to the second hand of the clock, large to the car rail. Due to the use of die processing, stamping processing can obtain other processing methods can not or difficult to produce thin wall, light weight, good rigidity, high surface quality, complex shape parts.
4. For the ordinary press can produce dozens of pieces per minute, for the high-speed press can produce hundreds or even thousands of pieces per minute, so it is an efficient processing method.
Stamping processing also has some shortcomings, mainly in stamping processing noise, vibration two problems.
